The Senior School, especially the Hramotii, aims to equip children with the skills necessary to earn credits in their local school for foreign language proficiency. You can read more about this on your school district's website or here.

Enrollment at a certain level is based on the children’s skills at the beginning of the school year. Progression to the next level occurs upon meeting the required criteria for each level. Typically, we hold a transition ceremony at the end of the school year, but if a child meets all criteria and parents request a transfer, we can approve this even during the academic process.

The educational process includes the opportunity to pass certain criteria once a month. After passing a criterion, the teacher marks it on the child's badge. The badges are kept at school, but parents can access them when they drop off or pick up their child.

Teacher/Child Ratio: If there are more than eight children in a group, we involve a teacher's assistant. If there are more than 14 children, we divide the level into two groups. The group will not start if fewer than six children are enrolled.

Ukrainian as a Second Language (USL)
Since 2023, we have launched Ukrainian as a Second Language (USL). These groups focus more on communication and less on reading or writing. We are still gaining experience and expect to establish criteria for transitioning to the next level for these students in the next academic year.
